Basic proposal to the Institute of Augmented Gastronomy

In the 22@ neighborhood, the Institute of Augmented Gastronomy is being developed: an innovation center with the purpose of creating an ecosystem that develops new protocols in the areas of technology and creativity applied to gastronomy.

This institute occupies an industrial warehouse in 22@ that contains an interior space that lets in the sun. We work with a conceptual proposal to turn the interior of the warehouse into a green space and a space with a vegetable garden and vertical wall where the sun reaches. Phase 0 of this proposal was solidified in an experimental wall with different vertical agriculture technologies.
