Green Roof at Santa Margarida de Montbui

This project was carried out between July and October 2021 in Santa Margarida de Montbui.

The design was done with the collaboration of Jaume Nart, the execution was done with TebVerd and the structural analysis with Estudio Mataalta.

It consists of a 100 m² green roof inside a private home that opens from a warehouse.

We used TSM32 blanket, FD25 SF geotextile drainage layer and waterproofed with TPO anti-root sheet. We planted sedum and built a passageway between buildings.
