Green roof on Aragón street

This roof, located at the intersection of streets Casanova and Aragón, belongs to the emblematic building of the three skyscrapers and has been one of the winners of the green roof competition. Eixverd was fully in charge of the executive project. The works began in January 2019 and ended in March 2019. There are 700m2 of green area for the neighbors. All the pavement was removed to install the waterproofing.

The green areas are se perfilan with the technical layers and the traffic areas were made by replacing the old tiles that had been removed. The thickness of the soil is 8cm except in the dunes where it is of 20-25cm, taking advantage of the structural supports of the building.
