Green roof of Hotel Sofía

During 2017-2018 the Gran Hotel Princesa Sofía underwent an update of all its facilities. One of the actions was the landscaping of the roof that overlooks the 1st floor of rooms. It is a building with 18 floors and many of the rooms overlook a technical roof of 1400m2 with climatic machines and other unattractive vistas.

The property contracted Eixverd to do the landscaping of the new roof garden and to take care of its construction. Construction began in April 2017 and ended in May 2018.
